Dr. William Demray is the founder of Preservation Dental. He has owned and operated the private general dentistry practice since 1977. As a visionary in the dental field, Dr. Demray has encouraged patients to follow a healthy oral hygiene plan to preserve teeth and gums throughout life. Medical research now recognizes oral and systemic health as closely related. Dr. Demray continues to welcome new patients and practices a hands-on approach to the day-to-day operations of Preservation Dental. Dr. Demray received his Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit. He holds a dental license in the states of Michigan, Illinois and Washington and he is Canadian Board Certified. Dr. Demray was honored with a Pierre Fauchard Academy Fellowship in the year 2007. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Detroit District Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society, the American Academy of Periodontology, the International Academy of Periodontology and the FDI World Dental Federation (formerly known as Federation Dentaire Internationale). He has strong ties to the community of Northville, Michigan, and, among his personal achievements, Dr. Demray is a World Record Holder in the National Aeronautics Association.
