Dr. Demray parades a cast of characters through the streets of Northville for the annual 4th of July Parade and the Holiday Lighted Parade. Each and every year on the 4th of July the PD Bugs appear. They have carried Betsy Floss, Mr. 2th DK, Miss Ginger Vitis and the Tooth Fairy. They’ve been accompanied by PlaqueMan and the Sugar Bugs. In 2002, Dr. Demray and the late Charles (Nick) Simkins paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the 9/11 tragedy. They entered Lady Liberty and hosted an a cappella sing-along as a prelude to the parade.

In service to the greater Detroit metropolitan area, Dr. Demray welcomes the opportunity to speak out in encouragement of healthy oral hygiene habits. He has actively participated with Starfish Family Services, Montessori, Grandview Elementary and several other noted health and education organizations. He encourages his staff to participate in community service projects and programs.
